WHERE CAN I PICK UP MY PRE-PURCHASED PASS OR PACKAGE?

Passes & Packages can ONLY be picked up at the Festival Ticket Center, located on the Event Deck at L.A. LIVE, atop the West Garage – Lot W, starting June 9. West Parking Garage address: 1005 Chick Hearn Court, Los Angeles CA 90015 – enter through Gate B (click for more info)

WHERE CAN I PICK UP MY PRE-PURCHASED TICKETS?

Individual tickets can be picked up at the Festival Ticket Center on the Event Deck at L.A. LIVE, atop the West Garage – Lot W, starting June 9.

WHAT DO I NEED TO PICK UP MY PASS/PACKAGE/TICKETS?

To pick up your order, you must bring the credit card used for the purchase and photo ID. All passes, packages and tickets can only be released to the cardholder, except under circumstances listed below. If you have questions, please call 1.866.345.6337 or email boxoffice@filmindependent.org.

WHAT IS EARLY BIRD PICKUP?

Pick up your pass, package or tickets on June 9 or 10 and receive an additional screening voucher OR one-day Festival Lounge voucher. Film Independent Members will receive their choice of both an additional screening voucher and one-day Festival Lounge voucher OR (2) additional screening vouchers.

PRINT-AT-HOME TICKET OPTION

If you select Print-At-Home when purchasing individual tickets, you may take your printed ticket directly to the venue where the film and/or event is scheduled. PLEASE NOTE: Ticket must be printed. We cannot accept tickets displayed on smartphones or tablets.

CAN YOU REPRINT PRINT-AT-HOME TICKETS?

We generally do not issue reprinted tickets, so please make sure to keep your tickets safe and intact once they are printed. Any exceptions are at the sole discretion of Festival management. There is a $5 re-printing charge.

WHAT IF A SCREENING SAYS “RUSH LINE”?

If all advance tickets for a screening have been sold, a Rush Line will be located outside the venue beginning one hour prior to the published start time. Numbers are handed out on a first-come, first-served basis. Fifteen minutes before the screening’s start time, the Rush Line will be admitted in numerical order on a space available basis. Unfortunately, there is no guarantee of tickets being made available to guests in this line. Voucher exchange or cash only.

Rush line locations:

  • Rush line for regular screenings at Regal Cinemas L.A. LIVE Stadium 14 is located along Olympic Blvd.
  • Rush lines for LACMA, the GRAMMY Museum at L.A. LIVE and additional Festival locations will be located outside each venue.

WHAT IF A SCREENING SAYS “DOOR ONLY”?

“Door Only” means that advance tickets are still available for the screening but can only be purchased at the Festival Ticket Center on the Event Deck at L.A LIVE, atop the West Garage – Lot W, or at the venue of the screening (if NOT at Regal Cinemas L.A. LIVE Stadium 14) one hour prior to the published start time.

WHERE CAN I PICK-UP/PURCHASE SAME DAY TICKETS?

For screenings at Regal Cinemas L.A. LIVE Stadium 14, tickets can be picked up at the Festival Ticket Center on the Event Deck at L.A LIVE, atop the West Garage – Lot W.

For screenings at LACMA, the GRAMMY Museum at L.A. LIVE and all other locations, tickets may be picked up/purchased at the designated venue starting one hour before the published start time.

CAN SOMEONE PICK UP MY PASS/PACKAGE/TICKET(S) FOR ME?

To pick up passes, packages or tickets for another person, the person picking up must have their own photo ID and provide hard copies of the following:

  • Permission letter, signed by pass/package/ticket holder stating the name of the person who is picking up.
  • Copy of the confirmation email sent for the original order.
  • Scan of front and back of the credit card used to purchase (all but last four numbers may be blacked out).

WHAT DO I DO WITH A VOUCHER?

Vouchers can be exchanged in the Rush Line or at the Ticket Center for screenings at the Regal Cinemas L.A. LIVE Stadium 14. Vouchers must be exchanged for a hard ticket to a screening or event. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for Gala Screenings, Festival Conversations, Master Classes or Music in Film Nights at The GRAMMY Museum at L.A. LIVE.

WHAT IS PRIORITY ADMISSION?

Passes with priority admission are admitted to screenings before other pass and ticket holders*. At Regal Cinemas L.A. LIVE Stadium 14, the Priority Line is located on Level 2.

*All pass holders must be seated at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled start time to guarantee entry.

All Access, Fast, Sponsor, Arts Circle, Filmmaker, Guest, Future Filmmaker

WHAT IS GENERAL ADMISSION?

Passes with general admission and individual ticket holders are admitted to screenings after Priority pass holders. At Regal Cinemas L.A. LIVE Stadium 14, the General Admission Line is located on the Mezzanine Level.

*All pass holders must be seated at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled start time to guarantee entry.

But wait, there’s more…

 

  • To guarantee entry, all pass and ticket holders – including Priority Admission passes – must be seated at least 15 minutes prior to the film’s published start time. After this time, any remaining seats will be forfeited and released to our Rush Line. Please take into account parking time – and that pesky LA traffic – and allow plenty of time to get to the theater.
  • Refund/Cancellation Policy: All pass, package and ticket sales are final. There are no refunds unless a screening or event is cancelled.
  • Re-sales and transfers are strictly prohibited. Event badges and passes are non-transferable, non-assignable and non-refundable. If, in the opinion of Film Independent management, the behavior of a badge/pass/ticket holder is considered inappropriate, Film Independent may revoke the badge/pass/ticket(s), in its sole discretion, without refund or credit. Upon revocation, the badge/pass/ticket holder must leave the premises and will not be permitted to return to the event or attend any future Film Independent events.
  • Los Angeles Film Festival trademarks may not be used without expressed written consent.
  • Cameras and recording devices are NOT PERMITTED in Festival venues; additional anti-piracy measures may be in effect.
  • Please turn off all cell phones, tablets, electronic devices, etc. upon entering any Festival venue.
  • Running times do not include Q&As and speeches from the stage.
  • Auditoriums are cleared between each screening/event.
  • All programs and events subject to change.
  • Any event may be recorded by Film Independent, Inc. These recordings may include shots of the attendees. By entering the premises you authorize the Los Angeles Film Festival and Film Independent, its successors, affiliates, subsidiaries, assignees, and licensees to distribute the recordings including your name, voice, image and likeness via any medium now known or hereinafter developed, throughout the world, for any purpose whatsoever.
  • Lost & Found for the Festival will be located at the Information Booth on the ground floor of the West Garage/Lot W. Any items left in the theater after a screening will be taken to the Lost & Found.
